In the spring of 2024, Floco Torres was chosen as one of Western Arts Alliance's (WAA) 12 PAD (Performing Arts Discovery) artists. The Performing Arts Discovery (PAD) program promotes U.S. performing artists to international programmers, festival directors, and venue managers.

PAD aims to expand international markets and generate overseas touring opportunities for U.S. performing artists. This virtual showcase was funded by WAA, & shot at Akron Recording Company. Mother's Gift: Through The Portal/Last Wish is the first song from a body of work called "The Love Demon Song Cycle". This song is inspired by the birth of Gaara of The Sand from the Naruto Universe. This is a re-imagining of adult Gaara looking back on his life and realizing that the sand, the strength that he's acquired over the years is a direct result of the love of his mother. Through the darkness and trauma, he was able to show the world what true resolve looks like.
